Registration fees
The Registration fee includes board and lodging in 2-person room, conference materials, receptions and conference banquet. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less internet access, TV.
1. Student fee - 2500 PLN
Students and PhD-students can apply for a Student Discount, more information in the Student Discounts section.
2. Regular fee:
- Polish Synchrotron Radiation Society (PTPS) member - 2800 PLN
- Non-member - 2900 PLN
A limited number of single rooms are also available. They will be distributed on the 'first come first served' basis. Additional payment (to the Regular fee) for a single room - 700 PLN

Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.
Current exchange rates are about (07-01-2025):
1 EUR = 4.25 PLN, 1 USD = 4.08 PLN, 1 CHF = 4.51 PLN
Exchange rates of National Bank of Poland
The participants who need a Polish visa are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretary for an invitation letter.
Payment
The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure.
The conference fee can be paid also by credit card. However, such participants must also register on-line. All bank charges are on the account of the payer.
